Here are the different actions that our guests and our team do everyday to respect our environment:

- Our cheeses and means come from local companies.

- Our homemade breads are made from flour from a regional mill

- We compost all food waste

- Guests have a recycling bin at their disposal in each room.

- The soaps are handmade by La Lavendière, a local company.  The owner makes the soaps from lavender that she grows in Charlevoix and wheat from a regional mill.

- We prioritize natural and recycled materials when building furniture or renovating

- We prioritize local artists and artisans

- We communicate with our guests and our team by limiting the use of paper

- We use biodegradable laundry products and wash the bedding on site so we do not have our sheets transported in trucks for washing elsewhere.

- We think daily of our ecological actions and adapt them quickly to our environment.
